mission only supply our own software products and complete solutions. We use latest technology hardware and operating systems, and all our products are developed in the UK by our own development team, who in turn directly train, educate and back up our support department, which is the largest department in the company.
For this reason, we can offer the best service and support there is in the marketplace.
We offer three levels of service and support agreements, which cover both software and any hardware supplied by mission, which have been designed to suit individual clients needs. Our contracts run annually and also include free product release updates, scheduled preventative maintenance visits plus discounted training and consultancy.
All mission systems are installed by our own experienced technicians, who take great pride in doing a discrete and professional job, plus we also provide all training and consultation ourselves.
